Spent Xmas here and it was fantastic! The rooms were spacious and clean, and the hotel staff was accommodating and friendly. The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of options and really good coffee. The location was key, just a short walk to the train station and close to many shops and restaurants. The complimentary shuttle to the airport was a great bonus, making our departure stress-free.

The lack of parking options. We opted for street parking, which can be limited and expensive.

The staff was extremely kind, the rooms were large and luxurious and the hotel serves a great breakfast.

It's a good hotel near Garibaldi. It's only 10 min by bus 37 and metro to reach Duomo and Vittorio Emmanuele. And only 5 stations from Navigly with its good pizzeria and bars! I recommend it to you as pleasure as well business. Good breakfast and room service. A room about 32 m2

The rooms are comfortable first time i go to a hotel and find gluten free bread, this means they are customer focused. Their Service is excellent and the train station is just across the road. Behind a hotel ther is best pizza shops

Located in a convenient area close to public transport, this hotel had spacious rooms and a variety of options for breakfast. It was great to have a fitness center on site, and the staff were pleasant and accommodating.

The hotel was a bit far from city center attractions, so be prepared to use public transport. the neighborhood could be a bit noisy at night, but this was to be expected given the central location.

the internet charge, i think if they used their own Wi Fi they would be able to attract more bussiness people.they charge 10 euro for 1 hr and 20 euro for 24 hrs.

I liked the hotel because allthough it was full but I didn't feel disturbed (waiting for elevators was convenient, waiting for breakfast was also good..)

Your staff should speak better english especially in room service section.

i liked the location as it is easily accessible and the cleanliness of the rooms.

There was no tea/coffee maker in the room and the mattress provided in the room was very hard giving us back pain. Breakfast spread had very few choices and for anything normal like eggs are charged. Difficult for international travellers

It was about a 15-20 min walk to the main tourist attractions. The room was clean and tidy but fairly small for 3 people. Nothing that special about the hotel really. The breakfast was much like any other. Was ok value for money because people have to realise you will pay more to stay close to the attractions.

Car parking was available but cost extra 25 euro for the night which is a bit excess.

Hotel, especially the rooms need major renovations...at very old, decaying and badly in need of renovation.

A very very very bad location as it was in an area full of bars and protestutes walking in the streets half naked and drunk peaple during day and night in such away that is totally not suitable for families and the hotel was very small and the rooms werent even suitable for 2 people

Good location, if you a like hang out over night.

For 4 stars hotel, quality of breakfeast was not so good. Omelete- not any taste Cheess- cheapest from Lidl market Coffe- =Kebab coffe Bakery product dosnt taste fresh Orange juice- just look a like juice, very low quality good morning vietnam !!!!!!!

Breakfast is poor for 5 stars, bad sound isolation between rooms
